Super Berry Smoothie

Ingredients

1/2 cup milk (or milk alternative)

1/4 cup of yogurt

1 - 2 handfuls of mixed berries (frozen berries)

1 banana (optional)

 

Directions

1. Put all ingredients in the blender, and blend until smooth.
