Protein Balls are our favourite no hassle, tasty snack. These Peanut Butter Balls are quick to make, healthy to eat and no baking at all! Packed with Protein, not only are they delicious but they also filling. Choose the Luxe Protein Powder you love to give them whatever flavour you're feeling today!
1 1/2 cups rolled oats
1/2 cup Luxe protein powder (about 2 scoops)
1/2 cup smooth natural peanut butter (or any nut butter)*
3 tablespoon natural honey
1 teaspoon vanilla essence
4 tablespoons of liquid (almond milk, milk, water etc.)
1. Add oats, protein powder, peanut butter, honey and vanilla essence to a large bowl.
2. Stir to combine. Mixture should be slightly sticky but still crumbly.
3. Slowly add in liquid 1 tablespoon at a time and use your hands to combine until it comes together in a sticky ball that holds together in a dough-like consistency.
4. Roll into balls until the mixture is gone.
5. Refrigerate for 2 hours.
