Chocolate Coconut Protein Balls

Protein Balls are the perfect, healthy snack that we always keep a batch of in our fridge to keep us satisfied when we need that quick energy boost. With the right combination of protein, carbs and fats packed into a nutritious ball they are the perfect on the go snack to keep that hunger craving at bay!

Try whipping up a batch today and you'll have a fridge full of healthy protein-snacks to see you through the week. 

Our Recipe 

Prep and Cooking Time: 10 Minutes

Ingredients

1/2 cup Luxe Chocolate Protein Powder

1/4 cup unsweetened desiccated coconut

1/4 cup coconut oil

1 teaspoon vanilla essence

1 tablespoon cacao powder

3 tablespoon water

 

Directions

1. Add all ingredients into a mixing bowl (except for water)

2. Add water until you get the right dough-like consistency

3. Roll into balls until the mixture is gone

4. Refrigerate for 2 hours
